At Quirónsalud, we provide a complete portfolio of services. Fill in the form telling us in which speciality you need a second opinion on so that we can offer you an ad-hoc estimate.
We have a translation service for the main languages at the hospitals.
All the documentation received by Quirónsalud is digitalised and stored in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act.
There is no cost for requesting a quote. Our Case Manager will provide you with a free second opinion medical estimate.
The patient himself if he/she is over 16 years of age.
The guardian, in case of minors under 16 years of age or the legal representative of the patient in case of being legally incapacitated.
A third party authorised by the patient, in which case the patient's express authorisation must be submitted along with the patient's and applicant's ID.
Relatives or persons de facto linked to the patient, if the patient is circumstantially incapacitated, submitting the medical certificate stating the patient's inability to book a consultation by himself/herself.
