The Otorhinolaryngology Service at Olympia Centro Médico Pozuelo provides comprehensive treatment for ear, nose and throat conditions in both adults and children.

Units available
Paediatric Otorhinolaryngology
Treats general paediatric conditions, with a special focus on ear problems (acute otitis media and secretory otitis) and adenotonsillar tissue. Diagnoses and treats hearing problems.
Audiology
This unit handles the study and diagnosis of hearing dysfunctions, and therapeutic orientation. It has the most modern techniques for the assessment of both paediatric and adult patients. It also provides hearing aid advice and counselling.
Advanced Rhinology and Endoscopic Surgery
Fitted with the most modern diagnostic equipment, such as videofibrolaryngoscopy, image recording systems and acoustic rhinometry. This unit performs endoscopic nasal surgical treatment, complemented with tissue microdebridement and radiofrequency systems, including pathology, in collaboration with the neurosurgery department (mainly for pituitary tumours) and ophthalmology (in lacrimal duct problems).
Voice pathology
Diagnoses and treats voice disorders. Fitted with state-of-the-art endoscopic imaging equipment for accurate diagnosis. Equipped with the most advanced technology for the surgical treatment of vocal cord disorders.
