Psychological counselling for adults
At our psychological consultation for adults, we offer a confidential, respectful and non-judgmental space, with the support of certified professionals with extensive experience in mental health. Going to therapy is not a sign of weakness, but of courage and emotional maturity. We work with various scientifically validated therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which is effective in treating anxiety, depression, phobias and obsessive disorders, or Systemic or Relational Therapy, which is useful for addressing family or relationship issues.
Our friendly, professional approach will help you cope with difficult times, manage emotions, overcome obstacles and strengthen bonds. The therapeutic process is tailored to each patient’s individual needs with rigorous clinical assessments and personalised intervention plans. We treat a wide range of conditions:
- Depression or persistent sadness.
- Anxiety, panic attacks or excessive worrying.
- Problems with self-esteem or self-imposed demands.
- Mourning and significant loss.
- Couple or family conflict.
- Feelings of emptiness, emotional disconnection or existential crises.
- Work-related stress, burnout, or difficulties in the professional world.
- Physical symptoms with an emotional component (pain, insomnia, fatigue).

Psychological and neuropsychological care for children
The psychology and neuropsychology service offers personalised, quality care in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of all psychological and neuropsychological problems in children and adolescents. We also provide parenting and guidance guidelines to families. This service uses a interdisciplinary approach and works in coordination with other specialists (paediatricians, speech therapists, neurologists) to identify, diagnose and treat difficulties from birth to 18 years of age.
Psychological treatment
During early childhood, it focuses primarily on addressing sleep pattern disturbances, difficulties with food intake, emotional bonding development, and behavioural problems. In late childhood, coinciding with the emergence of other problems, they address behavioural difficulties, emotional problems, bullying, jealousy, improving social relationships, self-esteem, childhood phobias, and coping with separation and divorce, among other issues.
The most prominent treatments include:
- Behaviour modification.
- Improved sleep.
- Relationship with food.
- Emotional disorders (anxiety, depression, phobias).
- Impulsivity.
- Academic failure.
- Enuresis.
- Encopresis.
- Obsessive-compulsive disorder.
- Social skills.
- Bullying. Self-esteem.
- Guidance in the event of separation and divorce.
Neuropsychological treatment
We focus on the prevention, assessment, and treatment of problems related to child and adolescent neurodevelopment. Following an in-depth interview with the child and after a complete examination, we are able to make an accurate diagnosis, thanks to the use of the most advanced assessment tests in neuropsychology. Once this has been done, we design a personalised plan. The assessment can be carried out from a very early age and aims to identify the child’s cognitive profile.
The main areas of neuropsychological treatment include:
- Assessment and monitoring in children at risk of neuropsychological sequelae.
- Delayed development.
- Early diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Learning disorders (dyslexia, non-verbal learning disorder, dyscalculia).
- ADHD.
- Tourette syndrome.
- Speech disorders.
- Diagnosis of high intellectual abilities.
- Assessment and intervention in acquired brain injury.
