    First thing in the morning: the programme will take place at Olympia Centro Médico Pozuelo (Avenida de Europa, 26 Edificio Ática 1, 28224, Pozuelo de Alarcón) led by the Health Assistant, who will welcome you at the administrative reception desk on the first floor of the centre.

    If you need to contact us for more information, call 91 452 19 90 to book an appointment with one of our Health Assistants for advice according to your needs.

    Mid-morning or mid-afternoon (as appropriate), we provide a breakfast or snack.

    We will continue to carry out all the tests detailed in the check-up programme.

    If any relevant alteration is detected in the examinations carried out, the check-up may include referral to a specific speciality: urology, digestive (colonoscopy/gastroscopy), respiratory, nutrition, etc.

    * Complementary tests are not included in the final price of the examination.

    • Arrive for testing on an empty stomach
    • Drink one and a half litres of water when you get up
    • Bring comfortable clothes and shoes
    • Bring a urine sample (buy a container at the pharmacy)

    The dossier, including the tests carried out will be delivered to the patient or to the person authorised by them at the Olympia Centro Médico Pozuelo as requested, within approximately 11 working days.

The general check-up covers a wide range of tests to obtain detailed information about the health of our patients.

Laboratory tests

  • Complete blood count, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR)
  • General profile: glucose, urea, creatinine, uric acid, total cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, triglycerides
  • Ionogram
  • Iron profile: iron, ferritin, serum iron
  • Abdominal profile: alkaline phosphatases, total and direct bilirubin
  • Thyroid profile: T3 (triiodothyronine), Free T4 (free thyroxine) and TSH (thyroid-stimulating hormone)
  • Liver profile: glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase (GOT), glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (GPT), gamma-glutamyl transferase (Gamma-GT)
  • CPK (creatine phosphokinase)
  • In men, prostate-specific antigen (PSA)
  • Urinalysis and sediment
