How is gynaecological surgery performed with the Da Vinci surgical system?
Through the camera and with the help of a screen with a three-dimensional, high-definition, clear and enlarged view, the professional can observe the area to be operated on.
By means of robotic arms and articulated forceps, also introduced through 8 mm incisions (approx.), the robot transfers in real time and with absolute precision, the movements of the surgeon's hand located on the robot's console, to the surgical field.
