Sergio Negre Policarpo

Dr. Sergio Negre Policarpo is an eminent pediatrician, currently leading the Pediatrics Department at Hospital Quirónsalud Valencia . His specialization focuses on Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition, with a particular interest in the study of the gut microbiota. He holds a PhD in Pediatrics (Excellent Cum Laude) from the University of Valencia, obtained in 2015. Among his scientific contributions, his article "Nutrition and the Circadian System: When Is the Key," published in the Spanish Journal of Pediatrics in 2017, stands out. In recognition of his work, he received the Young Investigator Award for Excellence in Pediatrics in 2009.
