Experience
Doctor Pascual has extensive experience in cardiology. He started his journey as an Adjunct Cardiology Physician at Hospital Universitario del Vinalopó. He completed several rotations; one with the Coronary Unit at Hospital Universitario La Paz, another on the Congenital Cardiopathy Unit at the same hospital, and another with the Cardiac Transplant Unit at Hospital La Fe in Valencia. At the international level, he did a rotation in Vascular Surgery at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. Currently, he is a Specialist in the Cardiology Unit at Quirónsalud Alicante.

Training
In 2009, he received his degree in Medicine from the University of Murcia. Later, he completed his master’s degree in Cardiac Image at Universidad Católica San Antonio in Murcia. He also took the Advanced Course on Invasive and Non-Invasive Ventilation at Hospital General Universitario in Alicante, and the 3D Trans-Thoracic and Trans-Oesophageal Echocardiogram, among others.
Recognition and publications
Doctor Pascual is a member of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). He has written many publications at the national and the international levels, and has attended several conferences and courses in his specialisation. He has also participated as a lecturer in different congresses about cardiovascular diseases. In 2014, he led the course "Prevention of Cardiopathies: To Prevent is to Live" for the Spanish Red Cross.
