Located in the heart of the Costa del Sol’s prime tourist area, Quirónsalud Marbella Hospital benefits from a distinctly international environment, welcoming patients from around the world. Positioned on the beachfront and next to Marbella’s Fishing Port, the hospital offers sea views from all inpatient rooms, making it a uniquely designed healthcare centre on the Costa del Sol.

The hospital features a state-of-the-art Haemodialysis Unit with 20 stations, equipped with the latest technology. Covering a total of 500 m², the unit has two spacious treatment rooms, each with 10 Fresenius dialysis monitors (models 5008S and 5008), offering both conventional hemodiafiltration and online hemodiafiltration, with automatic ultrafiltration monitoring and sodium profiling. Bicarbonate is consistently used as the buffer, and the system supports both single-needle and double-needle configurations. With direct street access, the unit also includes two medical consultation rooms, a nursing control area, an isolated zone for Hepatitis C–positive patients, waiting areas, restrooms, changing facilities, and a dedicated water treatment technical room.

To ensure maximum comfort, patients enjoy ergonomic electronically controlled chairs, free Wi-Fi, individual lighting, and television at their station.

The unit is staffed by a team of highly regarded nephrology specialists, supported by nursing professionals with extensive experience and training in haemodialysis.

In addition, thanks to Quirónsalud’s long-standing expertise in caring for international patients—especially at the Marbella site—the Haemodialysis Unit offers the support of a multilingual interpreting team. Languages available include English, German, French, Russian, Scandinavian languages, Arabic, and others, ensuring that international patients feel safe, understood, and comfortable throughout their treatment.
