Haemodynamics is the branch of cardiology that studies how your cardiovascular system works, using catheters guided through the arteries and veins. The Cardiac Haemodynamics Unit at the Hospital uses the most advanced technology available for diagnosing and treating coronary artery disease. We carry out haemodynamic studies and catheterisation to detect problems early. We also offer specialised care for patients with angina and acute myocardial infarction, through our Cardiac Rehabilitation Unit.
