At Quirónsalud, research is managed by the Corporate Department of Research and Innovation, with the support of the Research Support Units (UAIs) located in various hospitals and regions.

Functions

The main functions of the Corporate Department of Research and Innovation include:

Soporte investigación
Promoting and supporting research activities in the hospitals of the private Quirónsalud network.
Propuesta ejecución
Developing the proposal and subsequent implementation of the Strategic Plan for Research and Innovation of the Quirónsalud Group.
Plan investigación
Preparing the annual Operational Plan for Research and Innovation, within the framework of the current Strategic Plan.
Homogeneización y Optimización
Standardizing and optimizing processes and procedures related to research and innovation.
Seguimiento y reporte periódico
Monitoring and periodically reporting the established indicators (KPIs) in the dashboard of the Strategic Plan and the annual Operational Plan.
Mantenimiento web
The ongoing maintenance and updating of the Quirónsalud Research and Innovation website.
Creación de materiales e informes
Creating materials and reports on research and innovation activities carried out.
Divulgación y promoción
Disseminating and promoting the internal and external results of Research and Innovation at Quirónsalud.
Convocatoria premios
Organizing the call for research and innovation awards and scholarships for staff working in Quirónsalud centers.
Suscripción de acuerdos y contratos
Signing agreements and contracts for the promotion and development of research and innovation with other private and public entities, and managing them afterward.
Organización de actividades
Organizing scientific activities and training in research.
