Ma José Lirola Cruz

Dr. María José Lirola Cruz is a leading specialist in Pediatrics, trained at the Universidad de Cádiz and completing her residency through the MIR system at the Universidad de Sevilla. She currently practices at the Hospital Quirónsalud Sagrado Corazón in Seville, specializing in Pediatrics and its subspecialties. Throughout her career, she has made significant contributions to the field of pediatrics, notably her article in the journal Bienestar y Protección Infantil (Child Welfare and Protection) entitled "Analysis of Radiological Findings in a Relevant Case of Child Abuse." She is also an active member of the Sociedad de Pediatría de Andalucía Occidental y Extremadura, as well as the Sociedad Española de Pediatría. In recognition of her work, she received the Dr. José Román Chico Award from the Royal Academy of Medicine of Seville in 1998.
