Diagnostic tests
- Image and lab: 2D Ultrasound and colour doppler, 3D and 4D ultrasound, Diagnostic hysteroscopy, HSG, hormonal, immunological determinations and thrombophilia study.
- Seminal study: Seminogram, sperm morphology, semen culture, Recovery of motile sperm (RMS), DNA fragmentation in sperm, FISH study in sperm, Y chromosome microdeletion in paternal blood.
- Genetics: Karyotype in peripheral blood, genetic matching of donors and recipient couple, genetic study of abortion remains using QF-PCR and CGH arrays.
- Processing and freezing of testicular biopsies.
Specific Treatments
- Artificial insemination with sperm from partner or with sperm from donor.
- Conventional in vitro fertilisation (IVF) or via sperm injection (ICSI), IVF with sperm from donor, preimplantation genetic diagnosis and screening (PGD and PGS), assisted hatching, annexin columns for sperm selection, EEVA time lapse system, embryo culture up to blastocyst stage.
- Vitrification of eggs.
- Vitrifications of embryos.
- Devitrification of oocytes and devitrification of embryos cycle.
