A total of 12 specialists from Hospital Ruber Internacional have been recognised in the 2026 Best Doctors ranking published by El Confidencial, an honour that highlights the clinical excellence, professional achievements and leadership of some of Spain’s most outstanding physicians.

This initiative, once again promoted by El Confidencial, aims to showcase the exceptionally high standard of Spanish healthcare and recognise those professionals who stand out for their contributions to patient care, innovation, research and medical education.

To compile the ranking, an independent panel of experts shortlisted ten candidates in each of the 34 medical specialties evaluated. The final selection was then made by Spain’s registered medical community through a weekly voting system, identifying the most distinguished specialists in each field.

The inclusion of twelve physicians affiliated with Hospital Ruber Internacional in this year’s edition is a significant recognition of the hospital’s outstanding clinical standards and the work carried out by highly specialised teams committed to clinical excellence, technological innovation and personalised patient care.
