África Forne Fernández

Dr. África Fernández Forné is a specialist in Radiation Oncology , currently practicing at HQS Málaga since December 2022. She specializes in the treatment of head and neck, lung, skin, and lymphoma tumors. She is currently the coordinator of the Benign Pathology Unit. Her postgraduate training includes an International Master's Degree in Clinical Oncology from Francisco de Vitoria University (2019) and an Official Master's Degree in Advances in Diagnostic, Therapeutic, and Physical Medicine Radiology from the University of Granada (2020). She is also completing her doctoral studies and has already contributed to the field of oncology with her publication "Influence of the microbiome on radiotherapy-induced oral mucositis and its management: A comprehensive review" in the Q1 journal Oral Oncology (2023).
