Dr. González-Sagredo is a distinguished specialist in Vascular Surgery and Angiology, dedicated exclusively to the comprehensive treatment of varicose veins and spider veins of the legs. He was awarded first prize at the National Congress of Phlebology in 2025 and received first prize from the Sociedad Catalana de Cirugía Vascular in 2023 and 2024. He completed his medical and surgical training at the Hospital Clínic de Barcelona for six years and his specialization in Angiology and Vascular Surgery at the Bellvitge University Hospital for five years. He has undertaken training residencies in France and Italy and is certified in Sociedad Española de Cirugía Vascular en Ultrasonido, as well as in the treatment of varicose and spider veins by Phlebocourse Italy. He is a PhD candidate at the Universidad de Barcelona in Surgical Infection Prevention, his other passion beyond varicose veins, and is a member of the board of directors of SIS-E.
