Enrique Alberto Vargas Meouchi

Dr. Enrique Alberto Vargas Meouchi is a Medical Surgeon from Universidad Panamericana (Mexico), graduating with honors and receiving the award for highest GPA in his graduating class. He completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology at Hospital Universitari Vall d'Hebron (Barcelona), where he also served as Chief Resident. He is currently an Attending Physician in the Hip and Pelvis Surgery Unit at Hospital Universitari Dexeus (Institut Català de Traumatologia i Medicina de l'Esport). He has presented at national and international conferences, including SECOT and EFORT, and maintains ongoing scientific activity with publications in international journals such as Injury, Arthroplasty Today, and the European Journal of Orthopaedic Surgery & Traumatology. His clinical practice focuses primarily on hip surgery, with an emphasis on direct anterior hip replacement, a minimally invasive technique. He is a native Spanish speaker and is progressing in English.
