Dr. Jorge Bernal Piñeiro obtained his degree in Medicine from Universidad San Pablo CEU in 2018 and completed his Neurosurgery residency at the hospital universitario de Getafe . He currently practices as a neurosurgeon at Hospital Ruber Internacional . He has developed a special focus on neurovascular pathology, neuro-oncology, skull base surgery, and spinal surgery, with a particular interest in minimally invasive approaches. He has completed residencies at internationally renowned centers such as King's College Hospital in London and Teishinkai Hospital in Sapporo, Japan, in addition to specialized training in neurointerventional procedures, which provides him with a more comprehensive and multidisciplinary perspective on vascular pathology. He combines his clinical practice with academic and research work, publishing articles and presenting at national and international conferences. He is a member of the Spanish Society of Neurosurgery and its Vascular Neurosurgery Working Group.
