Kattalin Echegaray Ibáñez

Dr. Kattalin Echegaray Ibáñez is a leading cardiology specialist. She graduated in Medicine from the Universidad de Navarra in 2011 and earned her PhD in Medicine from the University of the Basque Country (EHU/UPV) in 2016, graduating with highest honors (Summa Cum Laude) for her research on aortic valve stenosis. She has over 14 years of experience in clinical cardiology at Osakidetza (the Basque Health Service). Currently, she practices at Policlínica Gipuzkoa and Hospital del Bidasoa, specializing in clinical cardiology and cardiac imaging. She has completed postgraduate training in cardiovascular prevention, heart failure, and cardiac imaging.
