Tomás Toledo Pastrana

Dr. Tomás Toledo Pastrana is a renowned dermatologist specializing in medical-surgical dermatology and Mohs micrographic surgery, a highly precise technique for treating skin cancer. A graduate in Medicine from the Universidad de Cádiz, with a PhD from the Universidad de Sevilla , and a specialist trained at the Hospital Virgen Macarena, he leads the Instituto Andaluz de Cirugía de Mohs at the Quirónsalud Infanta Luisa and Sagrado Corazón hospitals, the only hospitals in Andalusia that perform this procedure weekly. Under his direction, the unit has performed over 150 procedures annually and has established itself as a national leader. In 2022, he received accreditation from the European Society of Mohs Surgery, becoming the first certified Mohs surgeon in southern Spain. He is also the head of the corporate Teledermatology service at Quirónsalud, driving the digitalization of healthcare, and actively participates in teaching and research with the AEDV (Spanish Academy of Dermatology and Venereology) and the EADV (Spanish Academy of Dermatology and Venereology), combining clinical excellence, innovation, and medical leadership.
