Primer implante percutáneo de una prótesis valvular aórtica en la Fundación Jiménez Díaz

El día 1 de junio el Dr. Felipe Navarro y sus colaboradores de la Unidad de Hemodinámica del Servicio de Cardiología de la Fundación Jiménez Díaz llevaron a cabo con éxito, el primer implante percutáneo de una prótesis valvular aórtica en una paciente de 87 años en la Fundación Jiménez Díaz, cuya intervención quirúrgica convencional conllevaba riesgos vitales inaceptables.
