Dr. Enrique Puertas Calvo is a leading specialist in Radiation Oncology, having graduated in Medicine from the Universitat de Barcelona in 2005. He currently serves as Head of Service at the Hospital Quirónsalud Barcelona , where he has led the Radiotherapy Department since 2021. His most significant publication, "Revisions in Cancer," addresses unresectable stage III large cell lung carcinoma and was published in January 2023. Furthermore, Dr. Puertas received third prize for his oral presentation entitled "How changes on the patient and tumor volumes impact on the dose distribution of locally advanced head and neck cancer," awarded by the Sociedad Española de Oncología Radioterápica (SEOR) in 2009. He is an active member of the Sociedad Española de Radiocirugía, contributing to the advancement of radiotherapy in Spain.
