Juan Pablo Burgues Gasion

Dr. Juan Pablo Burgués Gasión is a urologist specializing in prostate cancer, robotic surgery, and precision prostate diagnosis. A robotic surgeon since 2012, he performed the first robotic radical prostatectomy in the Balearic Islands that same year. He currently practices at Hospital Quirónsalud Palmaplanas and Clínica Rotger in Palma de Mallorca, with a focus on robotic surgery, fusion prostate biopsy, focal therapy, and comprehensive prostate cancer treatment. He holds a doctorate in Medicine and Surgery from the Universidad de Valencia and is an associate professor of Urology at the University of the Balearic Islands. He is co-author of Practical Urology and the Surgical Atlas of Practical Urology , published by Elsevier, and a member of the Balearic Association of Urology , where he serves as the representative for Mallorca.
