Our model adapts to the patient's progress, always ensuring the appropriate level of supervision and care.

2. Recovery phase – gradual reduction in visits, with active monitoring.
3. Maintenance phase – flexible and remote support to promote patient autonomy.
The home-based medicine model is backed by international studies that confirm its safety, efficacy and clinical benefits, offering results equivalent to conventional hospitalisation:
- Lower risk of hospital-acquired infections
- Greater patient satisfaction and comfort
- Faster recovery
- Reduction in hospital readmissions
